Coding for website

So i sat down today and started the code for the website.  The main problems i found was to make the background image fit the screen.  The second was the place the video where i wanted it on the page and not just plonked anywhere.  Also we need to have live links on the homepage that look like they are part of the background image.  I do not know how to do this, so will have to investigate.
