Group ideas

Working as a group is difficult as everyone has loads of ideas and then after youve chosen an idea you have to delegate work to each member so it is fair.  So far in the group i think the design for the website  has been split fairly, we all have contributed to the homepage and have contributed to each others designs for there personnal pages and the website identity.
